With multinational companies present in the country and major national carriers from across the globe flying into Karachi, there was nothing more exciting than being the proprietor of a travel agency. Having studied in the U.K. and traveled the world at a young age, this visionary set out to scale the walls of the travel industry — leading Bonds Travel Bureau to become a top brand that delivers exceptional services and adds value to the customer experience.
Mahmud held notable positions in the industry, being elected Chairman of TAAP (Travel Agents Association of Pakistan) twice, and also serving as International Director at UFTAA (Universal Federation of Travel Agents Associations) for two years. Later in his career, he was appointed the local partner for the leading TMC, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, which propelled Bonds Travel Bureau to the next level with the advent of MIS and automation in the travel industry.
Today, Bonds Travel Bureau continues its journey with the same zeal and zest, constantly adopting technological advancements along the way.
Moiz Saleem Ahmad

It’s in the genes when it’s a family business. From studying in America’s Golden State, California, and giving tours to friends and family in San Francisco, one can say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree! Having joined his father at Bonds Travel Bureau, Moiz took it a step further.
Being a people’s person, he has always valued attention to detail and enjoys engaging with customers one-on-one. He saw an opportunity to expand operations further in the field and decided to make his mark in the retail travel space. The transition came naturally, as the corporate clientele provided ample leads for personal travel — which, combined with the company’s exceptional service and strong reputation, fueled remarkable growth.
Some would argue the transition was easy; however, nothing is easy until it’s been difficult. With over twenty years of experience in the travel industry, Moiz now runs a travel agency that offers all kinds of travel experiences — from budget to luxury, and everything in between. His true passion, however, lies in promoting tourism into Karachi and Sindh — which he envisions as a top contributor to Pakistan’s growth and future.
